7 on Kettner is an award-winning project by Jonathan Segal, FAIA. Completed in 1990, it is one of Segal's pioneering projects and earned him his first of many AIA San Diego Awards. 7 on Kettner is comprised of 7 townhomes located on the western end of the Marina District in downtown San Diego.
