Kettner Row was designed and built as one portion of the Little Italy Neighborhood Development (LIND) program. Winning multiple awards and appearing in numerous publications, Kettner Row was a milestone in the San Diego urban housing transition. Sixteen live /work rowhouses with granny flats and retail space make-up the foundation of this property; high ceilings, two-story spaces, and a warm palette make it inviting and comfortable in its historic surroundings.
