The Waterfront incorporates 37 loft apartments and 4 commercial spaces around San Diego’s oldest bar, The Waterfront. Designed with preservation in mind, original warehouse spaces were integrated into several of the lofts creating unique spaces within the residential sector. Clean lines, water views, and ideally located in San Diego’s Little Italy, the Waterfront reflects the neighborhood’s diversity, and integration of old and new.
